Latoya Mc Inc co-founded the Jamaica Fashion Council, Jamaica Fashion Week, & the global lifestyle brand Hautelife World Eyewear. In 2025 She partnered with Erlendur fashion Week to serve as their new creative director, and Aruba Fashion Week to showcase her eyewear brand Hautelife World to the Aruban Market.
